At Diversity Support Care, our core team, Michelle and Kristy, brings over 15 years of clinical nursing expertise from acute hospital settings to comprehensive care management for individuals with a range of disabilities. Our experience spans medical and surgical care, emergency response, and specialised neurological care including conditions like multiple sclerosis (MS), motor neuron disease (MND), and more.
Our primary focus is to assist participants with personal activities, community nursing care, assist in daily tasks and development of life skills, complex care and more. We also encourage participants to focus and understand their health through attending different group outings and centre activities. We are a 24/7 care provider working with a focus on participants’ physical, emotional and psychological needs ranging from all ages.
